This letter reports on the completion of Pacific Gas and Electric Company's (PG&E) efforts to
address the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) comments (C-1 and C-2) regarding
Recommendation 2 (R-2) from the second Part 12D safety inspection report (dated October 2020)
for Round Valley Dam, which is part of PG&E’s DeSabla-Centerville Hydroelectric Project, FERC
No. 803. PG&E received FERC’s comments in a letter dated May 11, 2026.
PG&E's responses to C-1 and C-2 are enclosed with this letter (Enclosure 1).
PG&E believes Comments 1 and 2 have been satisfactorily addressed based on the information
enclosed with this letter. Should you have technical questions concerning this matter, please
contact Isabelle Rawlings, senior dam safety engineer for PG&E, at (925) 359-5420. For general
