Re:Updated Plan and Schedule for Low-Level Outlet Modification
Dear Mr. Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated May 15, 2026,from Mr. Kyle Ingvoldsen,that
submitted an updated plan and schedule to address our comment 1 for the Low-level Outlet
Modification of Bucks Lake Dam, which is part of the Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project,
FERC No. 619.Your plan and schedule to start construction on June 1, 2027,and complete by
September 30, 2027,is acceptable.
You may proceed with the construction as authorized in our letter dated April 15, 2026.
Within 90 days of completion of the construction, or no later than December 29, 2027, you must
file a brief report summarizing the work including as-builts and construction certifications and
any unusual conditions or items that are important to document for future reference.
Fie your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety; San Francisco Regional Office from
the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the material was eFiled. For
