PG&E is submitting the enclosed documentation to confirm completion of Action Items 1, 2, and 5. Action Item 1 requested the repair or replacement of the project’s Part 8 signage at the Haskins Valley Campground. Action Item 2 required repairs to the out-of-service shower unit at the Sandy Point Boat Launch. Action Item 5 identified the damaged directional trailhead sign located at the Hutchins Group Campground to Lower Bucks reservoir. These three action items have been completed, and photo documentation is enclosed for Commission review (Enclosure 1). PG&E intends to provide follow-up documentation addressing Action Item 3 by July 31, 2026. Should you have any general questions concerning this matter, please contact Trevor Moore, senior license coordinator for PG&E, at (530) 205 -7345. Sincerely, Matthew Joseph Supervisor, Hydro License Compliance Enclosure: 1. Completion of follow-up Action Items 1, 2 and 5 ENCLOSURE 1 1 Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 619-CA Responses to FERC Follow-Up Action Items 1, 2 and 5 from the 2025 Environmental Inspection In a letter to Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) dated October 9, 2025, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) provided follow-up action items identified during the 2025 environmental inspection of PG&E’s Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 619. For reference, Items 1, 2, and 5 are copied below (in italics), followed by PG&E's responses/photo documentation. Item 1: The section of the Part 8 sign for the project, available at the Haskins Valley Campground, that displays the contact information for the project has faded and become illegible. Please replace or repair the Part 8 sign so that this information is legible and available to the public. You can refer to the regulations for additional guidance and install signage displaying the required information (Section 8.2(a) of the Federal Power Act). At a minimum, a Part 8 sign should include: the project name and number; a statement that the project is licensed by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission; the licensee name; an active phone number that can be called to obtain additional project -related recreational information; permissible use times and activities for the available recreational facilities; identification of the other recreational sites and opportunities available at the project; and a statement that the recreational facilities are open to all members of the public without discrimination. We recommend that Part 8 signage be placed at all public recreational facilities throughout the project; however, it is preferrable that one be placed at each larger recreational facility of the project. The signs should be conspicuous, on durable signposts, and on sunfast material, so that the public can easily access information about recreational opportunities offered by the project. Accordingly, please replace or repair the Part 8 sign before the start of the 2026 recreational season and file photo documentation of the correction by May 31, 2026. PG&E Response: PG&E replaced the faded Part 8 sign at Haskins Valley Campground so the required project and contact information is now legible , available to the public, and meets the criteria identified in the Action Item. The following photo documents the replacement sign. 2 Photo 1. Depicts the replaced Part 8 signage. Item 2: Please bring the out-of-service shower unit at Sandy Point Boat Launch back into use, before the start of the 2026 recreational season, and file photo documentation that this maintenance activity has been completed by May 31, 2026. PG&E Response: PG&E completed repairs at the Sandy Point location, and all four bathrooms are now in good working order and fully operational, including the shower unit identified during the inspection. In addition to repairing the out-of-service shower, PG&E repaired three leaking showers, replaced one toilet, and returned one sink to service. The following photo documents the completed repairs. 3 Photo 2. Depicts the repaired Sandy Point Boat Launch shower. Item 5: Hutchins Group Campground was severely affected by the Dixie Fire. Though it currently does not supply potable water (referenced above) due to the destruction of its water tank, the campsites have been cleared of hazard trees and remain available for occupation by the public. From Hutchins, the trailhead sign to Lower Bucks was also burned. Please replace this directional signage by the start of the 2026 recreational season and file photo documentation by May 31, 2026. PG&E Response: PG&E replaced the trailhead sign identified during the inspection. Photo documentation of the replacement sign is included below. 4 Photo 3.
