Dear Frank L. Blackett:
This letter reports on the completion of Pacific Gas and Electric Company's (PG&E) efforts to address
Comment 1 (C-1) regarding an action item from the 2025 annual Federal Energy Regulatory
Commission (FERC) dam safety inspection of PG&E’s Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, FERC No.
619. C-1 is regarding Bucks Storage Dam. FERC completed a follow-up inspection of the project
facilities with PG&E staff on June 17, 2025, as part of the 2025 Part 12D safety inspection. FERC
provided C-1 to PG&E in a letter dated January 8, 2026. PG&E provided its plan and schedule to
address C-1 in a letter to FERC dated February 23, 2026.
A summary and conclusion of PG&E’s efforts to address C-1 is enclosed with this letter (Enclosure 1).
