Re:Extension of Time Request: Dam Breach Analysis and Inundation Maps
Dear Mr. Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated June 3, 2026 from Mr. Robert Ellis that
submitted a request for an extension of time (EOT)to respond to our comment on the
2021 Emergency Action Plan (EAP) Reprint and Dam Breach Analysis for Three Lakes
Dam, Bucks Lake Dam, Lower Bucks Lake Dam, and Grizzly Forebay Dam, which are
parts of the Bucks Creek Project, FERC No. 619.We have reviewed your proposed
extension of time and grant your request to respond to our comment by July 15, 2026.
File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety; San Francisco Regional
Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filing must indicate that the
