At a recent visit to the San Bernardino County CSAC Institute Campus, Xochitl Morales, ML, met with county leaders to share strategies for strengthening team engagement and performance. One powerful takeaway focused on the impact of reframing tasks: shifting from “You need to do this task” to “You’re capable of this task” can foster greater confidence, ownership, and motivation among team members. Small changes in communication can make a meaningful difference in workplace culture and how teams respond to challenges. Thank you to Xochitl and to our partners in San Bernadino County, for your dedication, not only to public service and professional growth, but to each other.
