with the recent and planned large housing developments planned in the Wyandotte GSA
Subbasin in Thermalito I ask if water use pumping draw for current and future housing is
being calculated for this Subbasin impact. I would like to see more focus onWyandotte Creek
GSA as it is in Butte County and as a County taxpayer I am concerned the Subbasin is
grouped in with Yuba County.

I am writing as public comment on the Groundwater Status Report
I have been following the Wyandotte GSA and I do not think adequate analysis
has been done to monitor the waterway of Ruddy Creek. I also have concern that
the property taxes I pay to help keep the Wyandotte GSA compliant are not
addressing this specific Subbasin with the lack of in depth current documentation
of the Subbasin, as there are many data gaps.
