“THREE U.S. STATES INTRODUCE LEGISLATION CLASSIFYING COVID mRNA INJECTIONS AS BIOLOGICAL WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION
In a historic move, lawmakers in Minnesota, Tennessee, and Arizona have introduced bills that would officially classify COVID-19 mRNA injections as biological weapons of mass
destruction.
1. Minnesota Bill HF 3219 – “mRNA Bioweapons Prohibition Act”
Designates mRNA products as weapons of mass destruction and prohibits them.
2. Tennessee Bill SB1949 – “mRNA Bioweapons Prohibition Act”
Classifies mRNA injections as WMDs, bans possession & distribution, with felony penalties.
3. Arizona Bill HB 2974
Amends state law to define modified mRNA products as biological agents/weapons of mass destruction.
These bills would make the manufacture, possession, and distribution of these shots a serious crime — treating them with the same severity as actual bioweapons.
After years of harm, genetic risks, and mandates, states are finally pushing back hard.
The tide is turning. More states must follow.
