Public Record
Update on critically ill Cody Hudson: Last night he arrived safely in Tampa via Medivac
helicopter transport and was settled into his hospital bed.
Today he begins his new journey, with hope of reclaiming his life.
Yesterday @FLSurgeonGen and @SenRonJohnson spent time on Father’s Day to help
Cody secure the Medivac transport so he could receive the care he needs at a Level 1
Trauma hospital in Florida.
Today a specialist from the nearby specialty oncology/hematology hospital will see him
to develop a plan to hopefully put his autoimmune blood clotting disorder into remission
so he can undergo life-saving open heart surgery.
Cody’s blood clotting disorder is an adverse event from his 2021 COVID vaccines. They
left him with a terminal illness that has critically damaged his heart. He has survived six
strokes, multiple PEs, DVTs, and cerebral vascular events for almost five years.
Cody’s fight for life will be a long road with pain and victories:
1. His heart condition became so dire that his legs swelled rapidly from lymphedema.
2. He went to Emergency Care as he also had rapid heart pain.
3. Cody went into AFIB in the ER and required cardioversion twice last Wednesday. He
had to have his heart shocked.
4. A hospital infection also set in rapidly while his autoimmune system also attacked his
severely swollen left leg (swollen from heart failure Libman Sacks Endocarditis), causing
a significant skin reaction similar to what Alexis Lorenz (@llexxiiiiiiii) endured in a
California hospital. (Lexi and Cody are friends with similar blood disorders and both had
severe reactions to vaccines.)
4. His condition was so dire Wednesday that the hospital considered life support and on
Saturday, amputation of his left leg was a serious consideration.
The silver lining: Cody fought through it all and survived. He is now an “Ambassador”
patient awaiting the life-saving care he has needed for years. He looks relieved!
As his mother, I am relieved too.
Many beautiful souls have taken their time to write in support and to pray for Cody.
He has received prayer and support from around the world. @React19org held a prayer
vigil last night for Cody. We are so grateful.
Please continue to pray for Cody. He remains in critical condition.
