Project information for the Woodleaf Powerhouse Slope Stabilization was submitted to the Commission on
January 13 & 29, 2026. The Agency received Commission approval for construction to proceed via letter dated
January 16, 2026, noting that based on the project schedule, a final construction report was due to you by June
30, 2026. The Agency respectfully requests a 30-day extension of time to complete the report exhibits.
