Installation Project
Dear Mr. Blackett,
This letter seeks to address comments outlined in your letter dated June 30, 2026 regarding contents of the
original version of the above referenced Quality Control and Inspection Program (QCIP), transmitted on June 1,
2026. We understand that we have conditional authorization to proceed with the installation of the SFDD and
SCDD Fall Protection systems, and are submitting a revised version of the QCIP to include resumes for all
positions with stop work or recommend stop work authority as requested. The Agency acknowledges the
direction provided regarding any proposed plan or specification revisions during construction, and the final
construction report contents.
