Cuba sleeper agents poised to wage war in California put US on high alert — as map of their top targets emerges The plan outlines “coordinated nationwide actions” within 24 hours if there is an “imminent threat” or a US military move against Cuba. The National Network on Cuba, which created the rapid-response plan, brings together over 50 groups, including the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), Communist Party USA, and CODEPINK.
