Based on observations made and discussions held during the inspection, the following action items from the inspection require your attention: Lower Bucks Lake: 1.In the “Left Drain Pipe”on the downstream side of dam, a significant increase in flow was observed compared to the past several years’ of data as noted in the last 2025 Dam Safety Surveillance and Monitoring Plan/Report (DSSMP/R). Evaluate the cause for the increase in flow and determine if any mitigation measures are warranted. Bucks Lake: 2.We observed a structural gap between the right spillway training wall and the left abutment. Evaluate the observed gap and determine if any repairs are required. 2 Bucks portal: 3.Pipe leakage was observed at the joint of the Penstock 2 near the valve house. Evaluate the leakage and determine if repairs are warranted. Within 45 days of the date of this letter, address our comments or provide a plan and schedule to address our comments.
