Blackett: This letter presents an additional inspector resume for the project to replace the lifting chains at Poe Dam, which is part of Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s (PG&E) Poe Hydroelectric Project, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) No. 2107. PG&E submitted the original project design package to FERC in a letter dated June 15, 2023, and FERC authorized construction in a letter dated March 4, 2024. In a letter dated February 28, 2025, PG&E requested an extension of time to submit the final construction report by February 28, 2027; FERC accepted the request in a letter dated May 9, 2025. The resume for the proposed inspector, Joshua Brake, is provided in (Enclosure 1). PG&E respectfully requests authorization of the additional inspector.
