PG&E submitted the original project design package to FERC in a letter dated June 15, 2023, and FERC authorized construction in a letter dated March 4, 2024. In a letter dated February 28, 2025, PG&E requested an extension of time to submit the final construction report by February 28, 2027; FERC accepted the request in a letter dated May 9, 2025.
