Dear Frank L. Blackett:
This letter reports on the completion of Pacific Gas and Electric Company's (PG&E) efforts to address
the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (FERC) Comments 3–6 (23C-3 through 23C-6) and a
follow-up comment on 23C-6 on the stability analysis for Bucks Diversion Dam, which is part of
PG&E’s Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 619. PG&E received the comment in a letter
dated June 12, 2023, and the follow-up comment in a letter dated October 11, 2024.
Summaries and conclusions of PG&E’s efforts to address 23C-3 through 23C-6 and the follow-up
comments are enclosed with this letter (Enclosure 1). PG&E’s summary of the results of a structural
stability analysis for Bucks Diversion Dam is provided in Enclosure 2. The structural stability analysis,
prepared by PG&E’s consultant, is provided in Enclosure 3. PG&E has reviewed the consultant report
and concurs with the information presented therein.
PG&E believes 23C-3 through 23C-6 and the follow-up comment have been satisfactorily addressed by
the information enclosed with this letter. Should you have technical questions concerning this matter,
