A notice of proposed changes in regulations related to Harpoons and
Flying Gaffs for Recreational Tuna Fishery and Gear Marking in
Commercial Harpoon Swordfish Fishery has been posted to the
Commission's website. The notices and associated documents can be
accessed at https://fgc.ca.gov/Regulations/2026-New-and-Proposed
under "Fishing".
