Re:Replace flood gate lifting chains
Dear Mr. Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated June 29, 2026 from Mr. Robert Ellis that
submitted an additional field inspector resume to replace the flood gate lifting chains for
the Poe Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 2107. We reviewed the submittal and the
resume of Mr. Joshua Brake to serve as an additional field inspector is acceptable.
We appreciate your continued efforts in this aspect of our dam safety program. If
