Subject: Dog neglect abuse and cruelty in Butte Co. California
In the last year, a neighbor has beaten, left dogs in sun in kennels in above 100° heat
(one day no water either). I have reported it to animal control at LEAST five times. I have
called the police as well as they told me to and NEVER has any agency done a thing. I
have neighbors who have ALSO several times tried getting help to no avail. Butte county
police nor Butte county animal control will protect these animals! Therefore myself and
others must LISTEN to the suffering and weak dogs whimpering between life and death.
We are forced to listen to the beatings and the crying and pain of these tortured dogs.
I've lived in California my whole life and it is straight up illegal to abuse animals in this
filthy, corrupt and oppressive state! So if it's illegal to abuse dogs, why is this Mexican
allowed to abuse his? There are WITNESSES TO ALL OF THIS! SO WHAT IN THE HELL
CAN WE DO?
Should I steal the dogs to save them and take them to a shelter? Should they be shot or
something to spare them more torture? This man would retaliate if he knew I took his
dogs. He's a wife beater and a junkie. I would be in real danger if I myself tried to save
those dogs. I THOUGHT animal control was paid to save dogs but clearly in Butte county
they WILL NOT SAVE DOGS. They also treat the person reporting this abuse like a piece
of garbage for they are busy eating donuts and do not want to be disturbed during
business hours. In other words Butte county cops and animal control are worthless
entities and must not be paid by the public!
This hae so infuriated that I'm about to SNAP!
I DEMAND THESE CIVILIAN HATING, ANIMAL HATING SERVANTS DO THEIR JOB OR
THESE AGENCIES MAY AS WELL BE ABOLISHED. IM WRITING EVERYONE! ATTORNEY
GENERAL, EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA VENUE WILL GET DETAILED INFORMATION FROM ME
OF WHO IVE CONTACTED, I WILL POST LETTERS SENT AND RECEIVED BY THESE
AGENCIES AND WILL BRING THE PUBLIC IN ON THE FACTS. THEY WILL ALL KNOW
HOW FOUL AND CROOKED, AND LAZY AND HATEFUL ANIMAL CONTROL AND CITY
POLICE ARE FIRST HAND. I WILL CONTACT ANY AVENUE I CAN TO EXPOSE ALL OF IT.
YOU AS WELL IF YOU DO NOT DO SOMETHING MONDAY MORNING! HOW DARE THIS
DISEASED GOVERNMENT FORCE US TO WITNESS THESE ATROCITIES ON A DAILY
BASIS. HOW DARE ANY AMERICAN AGENCY OR CITIZEN ALLIW THIS ANIMAL
TORTURE.
BECAUSE THE SYSTEM HASNT CARED ON ANY LEVEL ABOUT THESE THREE OR FOUR
SUFFERING ANIMALS, IT IS MY OPINION THAT EVERY CAT AND DOG IN THIS COUNTRY
BE IMMEDIATELY PUT DOWN. IF THERE ARE NO SERVICES TO PROTECT OUR ANIMALS
THEN GET RID OF THE ANIMALS ALL TOGETHER. KILL ALL THE PETS IN AMERICA IF
YOURE NOT GOING TO PROTECT THEM! AND ALL POLICE AND ANIMAL AGENCIES
MUST BE SHUT DOWN. WE WILL NOT PAY WAGES TO AGENCIES THAT DONT DO THE
WORK THEY ARE PAID FOR! I'm not a person who will be PUT OFF. I AM NOT GOING TO
STOP OR BACK DOWN. I MUST SEE RESULTS OR THE SHIT WILL BE THROWN INTO THE
FAN FOR EVERYONE TO SMELL! I WILL PROTEST PUBLICLY TO MAKE SURE EVERY
CITIZEN IS AWARE OF THE USELESSNESS OF THESE AGENCIES. I WILL DO MY BEST TO
SHUT THIS CRAP DOWN. Come on now. Babies getting trafficked and raped? Dogs
being beaten and dying of neglect. These things ARE NOT ALLOWED in MY COUNTRY!
I am writing you as I was told it's the proper protocol. Drop the ball and you'll be part of
the problem as well!
I have tried contacting the city counsel regarding an air quality issue last year. Wrote two
letters requesting an important issue be addressed. An issue many chicoans want
resolved. I was diplomatic and kind and straight forward. No response. I wrote again,
requesting the acknowledge my complaint as I'm a citizen here! Again ignored. So I
honestly don't believe any agency in this country will do the right thing! I genuinely
believe , because you've forced me to believe that you're all corrupt!
If that makes you angry I truly do NOT CARE ANY LONGER. DIPLOMACY didn't work
before and I certainly don't expect it to work now. See prove to me and to all I inform,
that you CARE! PROVE YOU CARE! I NEED PROOF! I DO NOT BELIEVE YOU CARE
ABOUT THE COMMUNITY. I BELIEVE YOU ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR WALLETS. PROVE
ME WRONG IF THATS UNTRUE. SHOW ME! I WILL BE GOING TO THE NEXT CITY
COUNSEL MEETING.
OH JEEZ! THE MEXICAN JUST KICKED HIS DOG IN THE RIBS THIS MOMENT. I JUST SAW
IT WITH MY OWN EYEBALLS!
So there it is!
My name is Erin. I'm an old woman who has had enough! Contact me ASAP. What will
you do? Anything? When? Been torturing these dogs over a year already! How much
longer will the board of supervisors allow these dogs to be tortured? A month? 6
months? You'll need to investigate and it'll be a year before you'll save these animals?
Tell me the TRUTH AND TELL ME WHAT IS NEXT AND WHEN!
YES, I'm angry as hell and rightfully so. If you're not angry about this then you're not
human. If you delay in saving these dogs then you're not human. That's it.
We're waiting for your response.

Do the RIGHT thing instead of the things you usually do! I'm about to start a CITIZENS
ALLIANCE to save the animals and who holds servants accountable. In a country that
allows child rape, I STILL will fight for dogs! I know since you don't care about the
children, you certainly don't care about other animals lives. But I'm forcing you to have
the compassion you have all lost!
