“Somewhere along the way, you lost your way and it became all about you, …your self-
aggrandizement, your self-promotion, your enrichment. You became a narcissist…” You
behave like someone else we know. It is not a good look.
My uncle was assemblyman and Plumas County was part of his territory. He had a staff
member who helped his constituents who had various problems. That is the way
government used to work. You should NOT disrespect your constituents! She is your
boss. You have forgotten we are a Constitutional Republic. “The people hold political
power and elect representatives but the power is strictly limited…” You are seriously
tone-deaf to the people you serve.
Perhaps she should share her problems with former Assemblyman James Gallagher.
Looks like he knows how to treat fire victims.

If you lost your home in a wildfire, the last thing you should have to do is fight your own
government to be made whole. I joined fire survivors at the Capitol to demand one simple thing:
Pay them 100% of what they’re owed.
