Blackett: This letter presents additional onsite inspector resumes for the Haskins Boat Ramp Replacement Project for Bucks Storage Dam, which is part of Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s (PG&E) Bucks Creek Hydroelectric Project, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) No. 619. FERC provided authorization to proceed in a letter dated August 27, 2021. Due to water management limitations on drawing down the reservoir, PG&E has filed EOTs on May 17, 2022, May 2, 2023, December 18, 2024, and April 23, 2025. FERC granted the extensions and requested a final construction report be submitted by January 31, 2027. Due to changes in staffing availability, PG&E is proposing to supplement the project with two additional onsite inspectors, Chadwick Leal and Ramon Lopez. The inspections supervisor role has been updated to Larry McKee. The resumes of the new inspectors and inspections supervisor are enclosed with this letter (Enclosure 1). PG&E believes that the proposed inspectors meet the minimum qualifications outlined in FERC’s guidelines. PG&E respectfully requests FERC’s authorization of the additional personnel.
