Welcome Mr. Pargee. “A County Administrative Officer acts as the professional manager
of county government. Translates the board’s policy decisions into daily operations,
oversees county departments (including the Health Department), prepares budget, and
administrative affairs.”
Whistleblower Mr. Ronald F. Owens (CDPH) personally spoke to Plumas County Board
of Supervisors on California Health & Safety Law 101025 a couple of times. It is
important you visit those videos so you know exactly what was said.
I learned you have children. I am a child advocate. My hope is you can guide this board to
“do the right things” for the children in Plumas County (and others).
1.) Stop the deadly mRNA shots in plumas county. (All Covid-19, mRNA flu, pet mRNA, &
others.)
2.) Truthfully inform the public. (Seek appropriate medical attention.)
3.) Help the injured. (Board of Supervisors promoted shots as “SAFE & EFFECTIVE” with
no retraction to date.)
I also have concerns about my First Amendment and the Brown Act when dealing with
your board, especially with Ms. Hall.
I am reporting life and death information and do not want to deal with medical tyranny
and authoritarianism. We are a constitutional republic.
Please visit videos, emails, & complaints from before you were hired by Plumas County
Board of Supervisors as CAO. You are now put on notice. You might be interested in
learning about other Public Comments to other California Boards of Supervisors. People
are waking up to the COVID fraud and crimes and they are not very happy with
government and the legacy media.
Just like Anthony Fauci Boards of Supervisors (and others) were given scientific
information and data. What did you know? When did you know? What did you do?
