Subject: Old Humboldt Rd closure
Old Humboldt road has been repaved and closed to vehicular traffic for over 2 years.
Local hero Kirk Monford covered the cost of this in order that it be available for
recreational cyclists and pedestrians exclusively.
Please extend the order to keep it closed to all but the above .
This is the only car-free road in Chico .Motorized vehicles can travel on any other road in
Butte Co.
It seems fair and logical to keep this single 3 mile stretch of pavement reserved for
human-powered travel only
