Dear Frank L. Blackett:
This letter reports on the completion of Pacific Gas and Electric Company's (PG&E) efforts to
address Action Items 1-, 4 and 6 (I-1, I-2, I-3, I-4, and I-6) and provides a plan and schedule for
Action Items ( I-5) from the 2026 annual Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) dam
safety inspection of PG&E’s DeSabla-Centerville Hydroelectric Project, FERC No. 803. I-1 through
I-3 are regarding Philbrook Dam and I-4 through I-6 are regarding Round Valley Dam. FERC
inspected the project facilities with PG&E staff on July 15, 2026, and provided the follow-up action
items to PG&E in a letter dated July 20, 2026.
Summaries and conclusions of PG&E’s efforts to address I-1, I-2, I-3, I-4, and I-6 and a plan and
schedule to address I-5 are enclosed with this letter (Enclosure 1).
