Initial project information for the Woodleaf Powerhouse Rockfall Protection was submitted to the Commission
in January 2026. This letter transmits the final construction report and required certifications that the project
was constructed in accordance with the design intent and in accordance with the plans and specifications
reviewed by the Commission.
