Subject: Meet the Birds Tri Tip Dinner – October 4th
Dear Board of Supervisors,
On October 4th at 4:00 PM, the Las Plumas Football Program will be hosting our first
annual Meet the Birds Tri Tip Dinner at Las Plumas High School.
Our football players will be serving the dinner, and we’ve broken the team into smaller groups
that will be competing to provide the best side dishes, desserts, table settings, and most
importantly, the best service.
Tickets are $20 per person or $200 for a full table of 10, so come by yourself, bring your
family, or put together a group and grab a whole table!
And that’s not all—the main attraction that evening will be our dessert auction. Come with
your pocketbooks ready! If you have a table of 10, pooling your money might make it a little
easier to walk away with one of the best desserts.
More than anything, this dinner is a great opportunity for our players to get their names and
faces out into the community and show everyone the kind of young men we have in our
football program.
If you’re interested, please get ahold of me through email, text, or just stop by. I have tickets
on hand and would love to get you one!
