California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Information Officer 2, and CDPH
whistleblower.

San Diego County Board of Supervisors last month.
I informed CDPH management several times about this alarming information. They muzzled
the truth and kept telling you and 40 million Californians that the “vaccines are safe and
effective.”
That is a lie!
I prematurely retired from CDPH on December 31, 2023. I immediately incurred a 55 percent
pay cut, which was the difference between my salary and pension. It would have been immoral
of me to participate withholding this information from the public.
As of August 31, 2026, there were 97,529 COVID-19 vaccine injury California cases. From that
number, sadly 764 Californians died from COVID-19 vaccines. Less than one percent is
reported. Add a couple zeroes. The figures are more than 9.7 million COVID-19 vaccine injured
and more than 76,400 COVID-19 vaccine deaths—and this is just in California!
--The Feds—then-Secretary Becerra, CDC, FDA—have failed you!
--The state—informed CDPH, the Board of Pharmacy and then-Assembly Member James
Gallagher—have failed you!
--Butte County—addressed Board of Supervisors on 10/8/24, 2/11/25, 12/16/25 and 8/11/26
—have failed you!
--Even the local media—emailed Mike Wolcott and Jake Hutchison with the Chico Enterprise-
Record on 6/16/25 and notified then-Action News Now reporter Jerry Olenyn on 10/6/25—
have failed you!
Chico, one of a handful of incorporated cities and towns in Butte County, has between 24 to 26
pharmacies operating in its city limit and administering the COVID-19 vaccines.
“This [COVID-19 vaccines] has been a public health debacle,” said internist, cardiologist, and
epidemiologist Dr. Peter McCullough, the most peer-reviewed physician on the planet. Dr.
McCullough said this in Ottawa last Friday, at The Allison Inquiry, a four-day forum where
Canadian lawmakers listened to the testimony of Canadians who are injured by the COVID-19
vaccine.
In lieu of the Feds, state and county governments have failed you--Chico residents need to be
informed that COVID-19 “vaccines are killing people..." at an alarming rate.

Supervisor Bill Connelly, Supervisor Peter Durfee, Supervisor Tami Ritter, Supervisor
Tod Kimmelshue and Supervisor Doug Teeter, below is my December 16, 2025, Butte
County Board of Supervisors update of what I’ve learned from some of your colleagues
after riding on a motorcycle from county to county the past 17 months and urging them
to direct their County Health Officers to stop promoting, administering, and distributing
COVID-19 vaccines.
Because of the three-minute time limit I wasn’t able to share all these ITEMs earlier this
morning —hence why I am emailing this information to you.
ITEM: By October 31, 2025, there were 97,199 COVID-19 vaccine California cases.
From that number, 756 Californians died from COVID-19 vaccines. These data are
conservative estimates.
ITEM: Riverside County Sheriff deputies are having strokes and heart attacks in their
20s since the administration of the COVID-19 vaccines, according to Riverside County
Sheriff Chad Bianco.
ITEM: Shasta County Supervisor Kevin Crye said he has talked to people who have
been injured by COVID-19 vaccines.
ITEM: Amador County Supervisor Brian Oneto said he talked to OBGYN nurses who
told him they're seeing young ladies having menstrual disruptions from COVID-19
vaccines.
ITEM: Lassen County Board of Supervisor Mike Scanlan said there were some that took
the COVID-19 vaccine with no effect, and sadly there were some who were affected to
varying degrees, including some who died as well.
ITEM: Kings County employee shared with tears in her eyes that her mother died shortly
after receiving her COVID-19 vaccine.
ITEM: A Fresno County nurse (Michelle Spencer) is suing her hospital employer
because they hid a 400 percent increase of fetal demise since the administration of
COVID-19 vaccines.
ITEM: A second Fresno County nurse who “tracked me down” after she saw me speak
on a Facebook post before Fresno County Board of Supervisors on August 19, 2025, said
she has also witnessed a rapid increase of fetal demise at her hospital.
ITEM: An Alpine County law enforcement officer and a county resident both told me
they haven’t felt the same since they were injected with the COVID-19 vaccines.
ITEM: Another Alpine County employee said COVID-19 vaccine caused Bell’s Palsy
and during our conversation, she removed her hat, and I saw damage done to her right
eye and right side of her face.
ITEM: Del Norte County Supervisor Dean Wilson appreciated my comments so much
he left the dais during the meeting, came outside the Board Chambers, shook my hand
while I was talking to Del Norte County Sheriff Garrett Scott in the hallway, and
thanked me for confirming his suspicions about COVID-19 vaccine risks.
ITEM: In Sacramento County, Texas internist, cardiologist, and epidemiologist Dr. Peter
McCullough told an Elk Grove audience last month that former NFL star/now Colorado
Buffalos football head coach Deion Sanders has been injured by COVID-19 vaccines.
ITEM: In California, 33,613,401 people or 85% of the state has received at least one
dose, according to USAFacts, a not-for-profit resource rooted in publicly available data.

ITEM: Every suicide and homicide is suspect. An eight-page paper titled “Association
Between COVID-19 Vaccination and Neuropsychiatric Conditions” concludes: “there
are unprecedented safety signals indicating an association between COVID-19
vaccination and the development of neuropsychiatric disorders. The effects of these
biological products on maternal and fetal health are of great concern [40,41]. Our
findings are worrisome for the future population risk for a variety of neuropsychiatric
disorders including those affecting cognition and suicidal/homicidal behaviors.
Additionally, population intelligence
should be thoroughly assessed among vaccinated and unvaccinated groups. In the
meantime, the COVID-19 vaccines should be immediately withdrawn from the market.

Even after presenting all these ITEMs, whether you think COVID-19 vaccines are still
“safe and effective,” is irrelevant. You have a moral, ethical and legal responsibility to
inform Butte County residents that COVID-19 vaccines are injuring and killing people.
Butte County resident Julie Threet and I will continue our county to county in-person
appearance after the first of the year. (I'm at county 51. Seven more counties to go.) And
Diana Dreiss will continue to share that the COVID-19 vaccines are killing and injuring
millions. Our love for humanity drives us.

appearing before your Board on October 8, 2024, one woman and one man died here in
California. Four had their lives threatened, four are permanently disabled and there’s one birth
defect. Eleven people were hospitalized, 51 were taken to an emergency room and 85 required
an office visit to a doctor.

Hello. I emailed Sacramento County Board of Supervisors (source 1) on July 23, 2024, and
informed California’s fifty-seven other Board of Supervisors (source 2) six days later, that
“‘[COVID-19] Vaccines Are Killing People,” (source 3).
The purpose of this document is to update what has happened since then, and report COVID-19
“vaccines are killing people…” at an alarming rate.
According to VAERSAware.com lead investigator Julie Threet —who is COVID-19 vaccine
injured (source 4) —as of November 29, 2024, there were 442 adverse events filed for
Californians vaccinated on or after August 1, 2024.
Threet reports one woman (source 5A) and one man (source 5B) died. Four had their lives
threatened, four are permanently disabled and there’s one birth defect. Eleven people were
hospitalized, 51 were taken to an emergency room and 85 required an office visit to a doctor.
Again, I reiterate, this is what has happened just in California since August.
Of the more than 6.1 million reports filed in the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System
(VAERS), there have been 36,068 COVID-19 vaccine deaths, through October 25, 2024 (source
6).
However, this 1.6 million adverse events filed and more than 36,000 COVID-19 vaccine deaths
reported is a conservative estimate. According to Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Founder, Chairman of
the Board, and Chief Legal Counsel for Children’s Health Defense (CHD), VAERS “captures
fewer than one percent of vaccine entries.” Kennedy, who is currently on leave from CHD
because President-elect Donald Trump nominated him to lead the Department of Health and
Human Services, also revealed to an audience (source 7) gathered at Calvary Chapel San Jose on
June 19, 2021, that 150,000 reports disappeared from VAERS. Who knows how many thousands
of reports have disappeared since then.
State governmental officials throughout the United States are now acknowledging the harm
COVID-19 vaccines have caused its residents. As you were informed in July, the states of
Kansas (source 8) and Texas (source 9) sued Pfizer for knowing and concealing that COVID-19
vaccine causes myocarditis, pericarditis, failed pregnancies and deaths. Since then, Florida State
Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo advised against patients over 65-years-old from using

mRNA COVID-19 vaccines (source 10), he said on September 12, 2024. Idaho’s Southwest
District Health (SWDH) moved on October 22, 2024 “that SWDH no longer provides or
administers the COVID vaccine,” (source 11).
SWDH physician representative Dr. John Tribble, Michigan cellular and molecular biologist Dr.
Christina Parks; Idaho pathologist Dr. Ryan Cole; Texas cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough;
Florida obstetrician-gynecologist/maternal fetal medicine specialist Dr. James Thorp; Texas
pharmacologist Dr. David Wiseman; and Washington state pediatrician Dr. Renata Moon made
persuasive presentations to the seven-member board. I implore you to ignore google, which
falsely and maliciously maligns these highly accomplished SME’s as “conspiracy theorists.” I
invite you to objectively listen to their presentations (source 12). Here’s the time stamp: Dr.
Tribble (1:54:34); Dr. Parks (2:05:02); Dr. Cole (2:10:35); Dr. McCullough (2:27:23); Dr.
Thorp (2:32:27); Dr. Wiseman (2:39:29) and Dr. Moon (2:57:00).
These seven SME’s are not alone. Over 17,000 physicians and scientists have called for COVID
shots to be pulled off the market (source 13), according to Americans for Health Freedom
(AHF). Retiring Sacramento County Board of Supervisor Sue Frost is the only California
elected official on record who called for COVID shots to be discontinued, according AHF,
founded by Dr. Mary Talley Bowden. (Note Supervisor Frost’s August 6, 2024 “I support
stopping the vaccine” statement [source 14]). I hope in this late hour more of you will stand with
Supervisor Frost —today.
Since, according to Kennedy, VAERS “captures fewer than one percent of vaccine entries,”
Threet said we can “add a couple zeros” to the 36,068 COVID-19 vaccine deaths.
Many Californians, many Americans and indeed many people around the world are suffering
from facial paralysis, miscarriages, turbo cancers, heart attacks, heart inflammations, seizures,
strokes and sudden deaths. To complicate matters, this issue is unreported. If you learned that
any other consumer product injured and killed this many people, wouldn’t you demand that that
product be removed from the market?
Again, I urgently remind you of California Health & Safety Code (H&SC) 101025. That H&SC
states, “The board of supervisors of each county shall take measures as may be necessary to
preserve and protect the public health.”
Given the fact that “[COVID-19] vaccines are killing people…” at an alarming rate, I strongly
urge you to stop promoting, administering and distributing COVID-19 vaccine “to preserve and
protect the public health.” The lives of your county residents—particularly newborns, infants,
toddlers and children, according to pediatrician Dr. Moon—depend on it.
Please include this document as part of the County public record, emailed to California’s 296
county elected Board of Supervisors and 62 administratively appointed (358 total recipients)
local officials. I am also copying and blind copying residents of some counties.
