Re:Lifting Chain Replacement Project for Flood Gates
Dear Mr. Cruzen:
This is in response to a letter dated September 2, 2026 from Mr. Robert Ellis that
submitted a request for an extension of time for the final construction report for the lifting
chain replacement project for the flood gates at Poe Dam, which is part of the Poe
Project, FERC No. 2107. We have reviewed your proposed extension of time and grant
your request to submit the final construction report by April 30, 2028.
File your submittal using our eFiling system at https://www.ferc.gov/ferc-
online/overview. When eFiling, select Hydro: Dam Safety; San Francisco Regional
Office from the eFiling menu. The cover page of the filings must indicate that the
