To help participants prepare for the upcoming Commission meeting, and
specifically the marine protected area (MPA) agenda items, the
Commission has released Meeting Goals, Guidelines and Other Important
Information. This document outlines the meeting goals, participation
expectations, format, and speaking guidelines.
Most importantly, the document highlights important details about and
changes to how public comment will be managed for the MPA agenda
